Project Ark Foundation and More Yoga collaborate to help save animals of our world

Earlier this year a fantastic collaboration took place on the 21st January which saw people come together to relax, practice wellbeing and raise money for projects across the world which aim to save endangered species and their habitats. Held at More Yoga Old Street, 11 people donated funds to participate in this event and learn more about what Project Ark Foundation aims to do.

Yoga is a Hindu spiritual discipline which involves a focus on connection with the body in the form of breathing, meditation and various bodily postures, which aim to bring about both health and relaxation. Whilst there are many different variations of yoga out there, Project Ark Foundation aims to make its yoga events accessible to all levels.

We would like to thank our guests for attending the event and for the generous donations which will be passed on to our partner charities and will go towards conservation projects that are making an active difference. We would also like to thank More Yoga for the opportunity to collaborate and for allowing us to use their studio space for this very special fundraising event.

We hope to be bring further fundraising health and wellbeing events to those who'd like to participate and donate very soon.

What is Project Ark Foundation?

Project Ark Foundation is a charity that aims to promote the welfare of the world's most endangered species and biodiversity. Our mission is to secure a future for endangered animals through education and actively fighting against the loss of these incredible creatures.

Our modern take on charity re-imagines the idea of charitable giving. By targeting a youthful and social audience of givers and creators we are able share values and information more widely and effectively. Our interpretation on fundraising is through live social platforms and multi-dimensionalevents. The first event will be our celebratory launch this coming September 2017 where 100% of the ticket proceeds will be donated to our organisation's general purposes.

Through Project Ark Foundation's website and social media channels you can learn which animals are currently facing extinction, why their existence matters, and how you can help.
